Sytner Land Rover Coventry is seeking a proactive Service Advisor to join our team. You will act as the essential link between customers and the workshop, explaining vehicle servicing options and updating customers throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service background is beneficial
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills required
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and workshop teams
• Willingness to learn and progress with in-house training and manufacturer courses

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer care and be the vital link between customers and the workshop.
• Inform and consult on vehicle servicing and update customers at every stage.
• Liaise with technicians/workshop control about vehicle statuses and ensure timely readiness.
• Provide best advice on products and services to customers.
• Work patterns may include weekends to ensure high service levels.
