Job summary

Vertu Ford Orpington is excited to offer an Aftersales/Service Advisor opportunity within our busy dealership. We provide a basic salary of £35,000 with OTE £40,000 plus benefits, including a £1,000 sign-on bonus in month 1 and a further £1,000 in month 13.

You will act as the relationship manager between customers and the workshop, setting expectations, keeping in touch during service or repair, upselling added products, and following up to ensure complete satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer facing role is essential.
• Must hold a full UK driving licence.
• Strong customer focus and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Set customer expectations and keep in touch with them throughout the service or repair.
• Upsell additional products where appropriate.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
