Job summary

Vertu Skoda Chesterfield is hiring a Service Advisor to join our established team. You’ll be the crucial link between customers and our workshop, guiding vehicles through service or repair with clear communication and a welcoming, professional demeanor.

You’ll need at least 12 months’ experience in a similar automotive role, a full UK driving licence, and a proactive approach to meeting targets. No weekend work, 8am-5.30pm weekdays, with a competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• 12+ months of experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry.
• Full UK driving licence (manual and automatic).
• Confident communicating with a wide range of people in a supportive, respectful manner.

Responsibilities

• Set clear expectations and guide customers through each stage of service or repair.
• Provide regular updates in a communication style that suits the customer.
• Identify opportunities to upsell additional products or services that may benefit the customer.
• Follow up after work is completed to ensure satisfaction.
