Vertu Skoda Chesterfield is hiring a Service Advisor to join our established team. You’ll be the crucial link between customers and our workshop, guiding vehicles through service or repair with clear communication and a welcoming, professional demeanor.

You’ll need at least 12 months’ experience in a similar automotive role, a full UK driving licence, and a proactive approach to meeting targets. No weekend work, 8am-5.30pm weekdays, with a competitive salary and benefits.

• 12+ months of experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry.
• Full UK driving licence (manual and automatic).
• Confident communicating with a wide range of people in a supportive, respectful manner.

We are offering a basic salary of up to £33,500 depending on experience, along with a range of excellent company benefits.

Your working hours will be 8am-5.30pm Monday to Friday with no weekend work.

What you’ll do

• Setting clear expectations and guiding customers through each stage of their vehicle’s service or repair

What we’re looking for

• At least12 months of experience as a Service Advisor within the automotive industry
• Franchise experience would be an advantage, but not essential
• Full UK driving licence (manual and automatic)
• Confidence communicating with a wide range of people in a supportive, respectful manner.
• A proactive approach to meeting targets, managing your time and staying calm during peak periods
• Confident using computer systems and managing multiple tasks
