Job summary

Hawk Hiring is seeking a Service Advisor for our automotive client at their Ashford showrooms. You will deliver top-tier customer care, coordinate servicing, and support the sales and service teams in a fast-paced, dual-brand environment.

This role includes full accredited training, structured career progression, and a comprehensive benefits package. The hours are 8:00am–6:00pm Monday to Friday, with Saturdays 8:00am–1:00pm on a rota.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving License required.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with customers regarding servicing, communicate updates while vehicles are on-site, process servicing payments.
• Log customer appointments, reservations and MOTs into the database, build customer records, and complete detailed job cards.
• Manage allocation of courtesy cars, resolve customer complaints quickly and coordinate with Sales to promote vehicle opportunities.

What is in it for you:Salary: £30,000 – £32,000 basic salary + OTE up to £38,000

Hours: 8:00am – 6:00pm Monday to Friday; 8:00am – 1:00pm Saturdays on a rota basis (1 in 3)

What you will be doing:

• Customer Care & Communication: Liaise with customers regarding outstanding work and service plans, provide ongoing updates while their vehicle is on-site, and process payments for servicing and repairs.
• Database & Administration: Accurately log all customer appointments, reservations, and MOTs into the central database, build customer records, and complete detailed job cards.
• Operational Support: Manage and control the allocation of courtesy cars, resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively, and collaborate with the Sales Department to promote new and used vehicle opportunities.
• Role Requirements: Full UK Driving License required. Strong communication and organizational skills with a customer-first mindset. Previous motor industry or retail experience is advantageous, but not essential—full training is provided!

Commutable Locations: This role is based in Ashford, making it an easy commute from Maidstone, Folkestone, Canterbury, and Tenterden.
