Hawk Hiring is seeking a Senior Service Advisor for our Maidstone centre. You will warmly greet customers, confirm service requirements, and manage the customer relationship from drop-off to completion.

Leverage your organisational and sales skills to coordinate bookings with the workshop and upsell parts or services that enhance safety and value for customers.

What is in it for you:

• Salary: £30,000 – £32,000 Basic + OTE up to £38,000
• Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 17:30 (with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break). Saturdays 08:00 – 13:00 on a 1-in-3 rota basis (Note: currently closed on Saturdays until further notice).

This role is based in Maidstone, making it an easy commute from Rochester, Chatham, Tonbridge, and Aylesford.
