Hawk Hiring in Eastbourne is seeking a Service Advisor to join a fast-paced automotive dealership. You will be the primary contact for customers booking servicing, maintenance and repairs, ensuring smooth scheduling and clear communication throughout the day.

Salary: £27,000 basic salary + realistic commission & performance bonus structure.

Hours:

Monday to Friday: 08:30 – 18:00 (1 in 3 Saturdays required on a rota basis).

What you will be doing:

• Acting as the main point of contact for customers booking their vehicles in for servicing, maintenance, and repair work.
• Managing customer bookings, job cards, and repair schedules while keeping clients regularly updated throughout the day.
• Explaining technician vehicle health check reports, recommended work, and video breakdowns clearly and transparently.
• Upselling additional servicing products, maintenance plans, and accessories to hit monthly target incentives.
• Collaborating closely with workshop technicians to ensure smooth workflow, quick job turnarounds, and prompt vehicle handovers.
• Prior experience as a Service Advisor is preferred, but we are very open to candidates with a strong customer service background looking to transition into the automotive sector.

This role is based in Eastbourne, making it an easy commute from Polegate, Hailsham, Pevensey, and East Dean.
