Job summary

Hawk Hiring in Worthing is seeking an Aftersales Manager to lead our busy dealership's Service and Parts teams and deliver strong operational results.

You will drive efficiency, coach staff, and ensure high customer satisfaction by applying manufacturer procedures and promoting genuine parts across Trade and Retail channels.

Qualifications

• Proven management experience within service and parts operations.
• Strong customer-focused mindset with professional and polite approach.
• Demonstrated ability to meet targets and manage profitability.
• Valid UK driving license required.
• Brand-specific parts operations experience is a plus, but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the efficient, profitable operation of our Service and Parts departments
• Managing departmental resources effectively to meet performance, sales, and financial goals
• Delivering top-tier customer satisfaction and handling customer enquiries in person and over the phone with care
• Leading genuine parts operations across our dealership territory for both Trade and Retail customers
• Implementing company and manufacturer procedures in collaboration with the management team
• Maintaining high standards while promoting genuine manufacturer parts

• Salary: £40,000 to £60,000+ per year depending on experience and OTE bonuses
• Hours: 8:00am to 6:00pm Monday to Friday

What you will be doing:
