Job summary

The Recruitment Solution is recruiting for a Service Advisor in the Portsmouth area, offering a luxury brand and a market-leading 41k+ OTE. This role focuses on customer service, upsales and efficient administration within a respected dealer group.

The ideal candidate will have main dealer experience and be familiar with RTC, One Link and Kerridge systems. Excellent customer service and teamwork are essential to succeed in this environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a main dealer environment is essential.
• Excellent customer service and upselling skills.
• Strong administration and organisation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers at the service reception.
• Book in vehicles and raise/close job cards.
• Obtain authorisations and liaise with the workshop on progress.
• Arrange courtesy cars using the One Link system; upsell where appropriate.
• Handle costing, invoicing and customer handovers.

Service Advisor Requirements

• You will be responsible for meeting and greeting customers into the service reception
• Booking in vehicles
• Raising and closing job cards
• Gaining authorisations for work to be carried out
• Liaising with the workshop in regards to work in progress
• Arranging courtesy cars using the one link system
• Costing, invoicing, customer handovers and up-selling.
