Pay & Benefits

• Salary: £30,000 – £32,000 basic per annum
• Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Friday 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM (NO WEEKENDS)

Role Overview

Seeking an experienced Customer Service Advisor / Service Advisor to join our front-of-house team. You will act as the key link between our customers and our vehicle mechanics, managing bookings, providing accurate updates, and ensuring an exceptional experience from drop-off to collection.

Requirements

• Previous experience working as a Service Advisor, Service Receptionist, or Customer Service Coordinator within an automotive garage or dealership environment.
• Strong communication skills, a professional telephone manner, and a passion for delivering first-class customer service.
• Highly organised with good IT literacy and the ability to manage a busy reception desk.
• Full UK driving licence is preferred.
