Job summary

Vertu Land Rover Yeovil is seeking a Service Advisor to join our Aftersales team in a premium dealership environment. You will be the face of the customer experience, managing bookings, updating customers on service progress, and upselling where appropriate to ensure a first-class service.

As the main link between customers and our workshop, you’ll build lasting relationships while maintaining brand standards and high service levels throughout the customer journey.

About the role

As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the face of our aftersales experience – ensuring every customer receives a seamless, professional and premium service from start to finish.

You’ll act as the key link between our customers and workshop, keeping everything running smoothly while building lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities:

What we’re looking for

• Previouscustomer-facing experience(essential)
• Experience as aService Advisoror within automotive is highly desirable
• Strong communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport
• A proactive, organised approach in a fast-paced environment
• A focus on delivering targets while maintaining excellent service standards
