Job summary

Vertu Hyundai Edinburgh West is seeking a Service Advisor to be the first point of contact for customers bringing their vehicles in for servicing, maintenance or repair. You will guide customers through their aftersales journey, ensuring they feel informed and valued.

With a basic salary of £32,000 and ongoing training, you will support bookings, update customers on progress, and identify additional service opportunities while working closely with workshop colleagues to provide a seamless
