Qualifications

• Previous customer-facing experience (essential).
• Experience as a Service Advisor or within automotive is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills and an ability to build rapport.
• A proactive, organized approach in a fast-paced environment.
• A focus on delivering targets while maintaining excellent service standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer bookings and set clear expectations.
• Keep customers updated throughout vehicle service or repair.
• Identify and upsell additional products and services where appropriate.
