Job summary

Vertu Hyundai Edinburgh West is seeking a Service Advisor to join our busy aftersales team. You will be the first point of contact for customers bringing their vehicles in for servicing, maintenance or repair, ensuring they feel informed and valued.

With a £32,000 basic salary and ongoing training, you'll build a long-term career with Vertu Motors while delivering an outstanding customer experience and contributing to departmental targets.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Positive and professional approach to customer interactions.
• Experience as a Service Advisor is beneficial but not essential.

About The Role
