Job summary

Vertu Land Rover Taunton is seeking a Service Advisor to join our Aftersales team in a premium dealership environment. You will be the face of the aftersales experience, coordinating between customers and the workshop to deliver a seamless service.

We offer up to £35,000 basic with OTE up to £39,800, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, plus retail discounts, purchase schemes and a pension. The ideal candidate has customer-facing experience and, ideally, service-advisor or automotive background.

Qualifications

• Previous customer-facing experience (essential)
• Experience as a Service Advisor or within automotive is highly desirable
• Strong communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport
• A proactive, organised approach in a fast-paced environment
• A focus on delivering targets while maintaining excellent service standards

Responsibilities

• Managing customer bookings and setting clear expectations
• Keeping customers updated throughout their vehicle service or repair
• Identifying and upselling additional products and services where appropriate
• Delivering a first-class customer experience at every touchpoint

About the role

As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the face of our aftersales experience – ensuring every customer receives a seamless, professional and premium service from start to finish.

You’ll act as the key link between our customers and workshop, keeping everything running smoothly while building lasting relationships.
