Tru Talent is seeking a Service Advisor in Exeter to join a busy commercial vehicle dealership. You will coordinate workshop bookings, repairs and vehicle handovers while delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires strong communication, organisation, and the ability to manage bookings; responsibilities include updating customers on progress, explaining repairs and arranging payments and MOT inspections. Arota Saturdays on rota may apply.

Service Advisor

Location: Exeter

Salary: £32,600 per annum

Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-4:00pm or later shift options available, plus Saturdays mornings on rota
