Job summary

Tru Talent is seeking a Service Advisor in Exeter to deliver excellent customer service while coordinating workshop bookings, repairs and vehicle handovers. You will be the main point of contact for customers, recording faults and liaising with technicians to ensure timely updates.

The ideal candidate has strong communication, organisation and money handling skills, with experience in a commercial vehicle dealership or workshop environment. This role is on-site with potential shift options.

Hours:

Monday-Friday, 7:00am-4:00pm or later shift options available, plus Saturdays mornings on rota
