• Previous Service Advisor experience is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Manage customer enquiries by telephone, email and in person.
• Book commercial vehicles into the workshop.
• Understand customer requirements and agree work to be carried out.
• Prepare accurate job cards and estimates.
• Liaise with Technicians and workshop management.
• Keep customers updated throughout the repair process.
• Identify additional work and obtain customer authorisation.
• Manage expectations and resolve queries professionally.
• Ensure workshop administration is completed accurately.
• Prepare vehicles for collection and explain completed work.

Commercial Vehicle Service Advisor / Service Advisor

Location: Cardiff

Salary: £32,598 rising to £33,575 after successful probation

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday between 7:00am-6:00pm + 1 in 3 Saturdays, 8:00am-1:00pm

The Role

As a Commercial Vehicle Service Advisor, you will act as the key link between customers and the workshop, managing vehicles throughout the service and repair process and ensuring customers receive a professional and efficient service.

Your responsibilities will include:
