Perfect Placement UK Ltd is recruiting a Service Advisor for a premium franchised dealership in Wolverhampton. The role centers on delivering an exceptional customer experience through the service and repair process, from greeting customers to invoicing and follow-ups.

You will liaise with technicians, manage bookings, prepare job cards, and up-sell services while maintaining manufacturer standards and customer satisfaction. A full UK driving licence is required.

Responsabilités

• Welcoming customers into the dealership and handling service and repair enquiries.
• Booking vehicles into the workshop and managing customer expectations.
• Preparing accurate job cards and providing clear explanations of work required.
• Liaising closely with Technicians and the Workshop Controller to ensure work is completed efficiently.
• Providing customers with regular updates throughout the repair process.
• Preparing and presenting accurate invoices.
• Up-selling additional products and services where appropriate.
• Handling customer queries and resolving any concerns professionally.
• Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and ensuring manufacturer standards are consistently met.

Service Advisor - Wolverhampton | OTE up to £37,000

• Basic Salary: £DOE (Dependent on Experience)
• OTE: Up to £37,000
• Hours: 8:00am-6:00pm, Monday to Friday + 1 in 4 Saturday mornings (8:00am-1:00pm)

About this Service Advisor Role: As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the service and repair process. About You: We are looking for an experienced Service Advisor with a strong background within the automotive industry. The Service Advisor will ideally have:

• Previous experience in a Service Advisor position within a franchised dealership.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organisational and administration abilities.
• The confidence to discuss vehicle repairs, servicing and additional work with customers.
• A professional and personable approach.
• The ability to work effectively in a busy, target-driven environment.
• A full UK driving licence.

Experience with a premium or prestige automotive brand would be advantageous, although individuals with strong franchised dealership experience will also be considered. Salary & Benefits
