Job summary

Pembrook Resourcing is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our aftersales team in Wokingham. You will welcome customers, book servicing, prepare estimates, and liaise with workshop staff to monitor repairs.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the automotive industry.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads.
• Experience using dealer management systems is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide a professional, friendly service.
• Book vehicles in for servicing, MOTs, diagnostics, and repairs.
• Prepare accurate estimates and explain work required in a clear, customer-friendly manner.
• Liaise with workshop technicians to monitor repair progress.
• Keep customers updated throughout the service process.
• Obtain Authorisation For Additional Work Where Required.
• Produce invoices and arrange smooth vehicle handovers.
• Promote additional products and services where appropriate.
• Maintain accurate records using the dealer management system.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and compliance with company standards.
