Perfect Placement UK Ltd is seeking a Service Advisor for a respected franchised main dealer in Plymouth. The role offers an attractive basic salary with potential to reach £35,000 with bonuses and overtime.

You will deliver excellent customer service, manage service bookings, and communicate vehicle repair needs clearly. The position involves liaising with customers, supporting workshop scheduling, and identifying upsell opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing motor trade is preferred but not essential.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities are required.
• Face-to-face customer interaction experience is essential.
• A full valid UK driving licence is required.

• Competitive basic salary of up to £27,000 per annum.
• Potential earnings of up to £35,000 through bonuses and overtime.
• Monday to Friday working hours.
• Saturday morning rota approximately once every four weeks, with a paid Monday morning off when worked.
