Job summary

Confidential in Plymouth is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join a franchised main dealer team. You will provide excellent customer service, manage service bookings and explain repairs to customers.

You’ll generate upsell opportunities, support workshop scheduling, and aim for high customer satisfaction with professional communication.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing role within the motor industry preferred but not absolutely essential
• Strong customer service skills with excellent communication abilities
• Face-to-face customer interaction experience
• Full valid UK drivers licence required
• Professional attitude and a proactive approach to work

Responsibilities

• Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining strong client relationships
• Managing service appointment bookings and liaising with customers to explain vehicle repairs and service requirements
• Assisting with workshop scheduling and ensuring work is completed efficiently

• Monday to Friday working week with Saturday mornings on a one-in-four basis
