Perfect Placement UK Ltd in Gloucester is seeking a Service Advisor to join the busy Service Department of a multi-franchise car dealership. You will greet customers, book vehicles into service, and liaise with the workshop to track progress, while keeping customers informed of repair status.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor is advantageous but not essential.
• Strong customer service, sales or hospitality experience will be considered.
• Confident communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organisational ability and good IT literacy.
• Basic mechanical understanding of vehicles.
• Experience with Pinewood Pinnacle is advantageous but not essential.
• A full UK driving licence with minimal points is essential.
• Live within a reasonable commuting distance of Gloucester.

Employment details
