Service Advisor, Surrey

Our client, a well established family owned franchised dealer in Surrey, is looking to recruit an experienced Service Advisor.

Salary : £33,600 Basic | £38,000 OTE Uncapped

Working Hours / Days : 45 hrs per week

Mon - Fri - 8.30am to 6pm | 1 in 4 Saturday mornings paid time and half

About You :

  • As a Service Advisor you will the first point of contact for customers in the Aftersales department, you will check vehicles in and out, liaise with your customers ensuring the best possible customer experience and securing future work as necessary,
  • Dealing with customers' requirements for service and repair work in an efficient and courteous manner.
  • To carry out systematic follow up, up-sell and prospecting activities in order to maintain and build the volume of work for the service department.
  • To raise job cards in line with manufacturer standards
  • To receive completed job cards and inform the customer of the expected completion time and cost involved
  • To inform customers in instances where additional work is required or problems arise and gain their authority to proceed
  • Deliver exceptional levels of customer service
  • You will also be required to promote additional products and services as well as working with the Workshop Controller and the Service Manager.
