Perfect Placement in Chelmsford, Essex, is seeking a Service Advisor for a well-established dealership. The role offers a starting salary of £32,500 with bonuses and overtime, and standard hours from Monday to Thursday 8:00 am to 5:30 pm, and Fridays from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

You will be the main contact for service customers, manage bookings, advise on repairs and warranty options, upsell services, and maintain records within a friendly team environment that supports career progression.
