Job summary

Kemp Recruitment Ltd is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor for a busy dealership in Fareham. You will welcome customers, book vehicles in for service, explain work required and liaise with the workshop to obtain authorisation for additional work.

Ideal candidates have prior automotive service advisory experience, strong communication and customer service skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced team.

• Complete service administration accurately while delivering excellent customer service.

Service Advisor (Automotive) Location: Fareham

Pay: £17.79 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday

Contract: Initial agency contract with a strong opportunity to become permanent for the right candidate. Immediate start is necessary.

We are recruiting an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join a busy and well-established dealership in Fareham. If you have excellent customer service skills, previous motor trade experience and are available to start ASAP, we'd like to hear from you.

Working Hours

• 6:00am - 2:30pm - Option 1
• 8:00am - 4:30pm - Option 2
• 9:30am - 6:00pm - Option 3 (All shifts include a 30-minute unpaid break.)
