Hours: Monday 8am to Friday 6pm, plus Saturday morning on a rota (1 in 3)

The Role: Service Advisor

As a Service Advisor, you'll be the key link between customers and the workshop, ensuring every customer receives an efficient, professional and first-class service experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and arranging customer service and maintenance bookings
• Advising customers on vehicle servicing, repairs and maintenance requirements
• Ensuring efficient workshop loading and maximising technician productivity
• Keeping customers updated throughout the service and repair process
• Identifying additional work and upselling recommended repairs
• Promoting service plans, special offers and additional products
• Ensuring all customer requirements are handled professionally and efficiently

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience working as a Service Advisor within a car dealership is essential
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Experience upselling additional work, service plans and products
• Knowledge of Kerridge, 1link, Pinnacle or similar Dealer Management Systems (DMS)
• Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced Service Department
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail
• A professional, positive and customer-focused approach
• Full manual UK driving licence, subject to a driver eligibility check
