Job summary

A leading automotive service company in Chelmsford is seeking a Service Advisor to manage service bookings, ensure efficient workshop operations, and upsell services. The ideal candidate has prior experience as a Service Advisor and knowledge of DMS systems like Kerridge. A full UK Driving Licence is required. Offering a competitive salary package up to £35,000.

Qualifications

• Must have previous experience as a Service Advisor.
• Knowledge of Kerridge / 1 link / Pinnacle or similar DMS System.
• Experience in upselling services and works.
