Perfect Placement UK Ltd in Bognor Regis is seeking an experienced Service Advisor for a main dealership. You will greet customers, coordinate service bookings and liaise with technicians to ensure smooth vehicle repairs.

The role offers a competitive base salary with OTE up to £32,000, Monday–Friday 08:30–17:30, and clear opportunities for progression within a family-owned dealership. You will work in a friendly team, with training provided on Pinnacle DMS and a strong focus on customer service

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or Parts Advisor in a motor trade environment.
• Strong customer-facing skills and professional attitude.
• Good organisational and communication skills.
• Basic automotive knowledge, particularly regarding parts and repairs.
• Proficiency in relevant dealership software (e.g., Pinnacle DMS).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally and assist with service bookings.
• Manage parts enquiries and ensure accurate parts ordering.
• Liaise with technicians and service team to coordinate vehicle repairs.
• Provide service updates and advice regarding vehicle progress.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, invoices, and parts orders.
