Perfect Placement UK Ltd is recruiting for an experienced Service Advisor in Worthing. This role offers a competitive base salary with potential bonuses, a Monday–Friday 8:30am–5:30pm schedule, and rota Saturdays.

You will manage customer communications, schedule workshops, and promote service plans while building lasting relationships. Join a family-owned dealership that provides manufacturer-led training, salary progression, and incentives, including revenue bonuses and staff refer-a-friend

Formación

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor in the motor trade is essential.
• Proven experience with DMS systems; Kerridge or similar preferred.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Friendly, positive attitude with a professional appearance and phone manner.
• Strong multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment.
• Good IT literacy and attention to procedural accuracy.

Responsabilidades

• Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly manner to create a positive first impression.
• Book vehicles into the workshop and liaise with technicians to track progress.
• Provide ongoing communication to customers regarding their vehicle repairs and servicing.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Promote and sell repair work, service plans, and additional vehicle products in line with manufacturer guidelines.
• Maintain a thorough and current knowledge of products and services through continuous training.
• Handle telephone enquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Ensure workshop and administration areas are kept tidy and well-organised.

We are recruiting on behalf of a reputable, family-owned dealership seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join their team in Worthing. • Competitive basic salary of £30,000, with an OTE of approximately £38,000 including commission and bonuses
• Working hours from 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday, with Saturdays on a rota (8:30am to 12:30pm)
