Automotive motor retail group in the Southport area is seeking a Service Advisor to support the busy Service Department. You will provide high levels of customer service and contribute to a dynamic, supportive environment focused on excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Service Advisor in a motor dealership.
• Ability to upsell service work and service plans.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication.
• Familiarity with motor dealership database software.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers about service and repair work required on their vehicle.
• Produce Job Cards on in-house computer systems.
• Update customers and vehicle records.
• Prepare and complete invoices.
• Advise customers on estimated costs and timescales of work.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements

• A working experience within a Service Advisor role
• The ability to upsell on service work and service plans
• Customer Focused and an excellent communicator
• Familiarity with using Motor Dealership Database Software
