Job summary

Octane Recruitment is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor for a role in Trafford Park. The position offers a basic salary up to £30,000 plus bonus OTE up to £37.8k; top performers can reach around £42k.

Working hours are 8am–6pm, Monday to Friday, 45 hours per week, with Saturday mornings on a rota. The role requires a Full UK driving license and 1+ years of service advisory experience in the motor trade.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving license.
• 1+ years experience as a Service Advisor in the motor trade (Used car dealers/ supermarkets or independent garages).
• Main dealership experience is very beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers bringing their vehicles to the car dealership for scheduled & non-scheduled servicing and repairs.
• Booking customer vehicles into the workshop and keeping them up to date on the progress.
• Support the after-sales function and various staff members in different departments.
• Upselling any additional products to new and existing customers.
