This is an excellent Service Advisor opportunity for a professional experienced in delivering high standards of customer service within a busy automotive environment. Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar role within the automotive industry
• Strong customer service skills and a professional attitude
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills
• Good communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone
• Ability to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively
• Resilience, energy, and a confident, proactive approach
• Willingness to learn and develop within the role
• Experience in a fast-paced environment is advantageous
• Automotive industry experience is preferred but not essential
