Perfect Placement UK Ltd in Runcorn is seeking a Service Advisor to join a reputable automotive dealership. You will deliver high standards of customer service, handle enquiries, and promote value-added services while coordinating workshop throughput and ensuring accurate invoicing.

The role offers a competitive basic salary with a realistic £30,000 basic and up to £33,000 OTE, Monday to Friday hours with occasional Saturday mornings on a 1 in 3 rota, and opportunities for training and career

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar role within the automotive industry
• Strong customer service skills and a professional attitude
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills
• Good communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone
• Ability to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively
• Resilience, energy, and a proactive approach

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high standard of customer service, ensuring clients receive clear and professional communication throughout their vehicle's service
• Manage customer enquiries and promote value-added services effectively
• Coordinate workshop loading and ensure efficient workflow management
• Ensure accurate documentation and invoicing for all repair work
• Conduct vehicle health checks and explain findings to customers clearly
• Keep customers informed of vehicle progress and advise on additional work if required
• Facilitate a seamless customer journey from check-in to vehicle collection
• Convert customer enquiries into confirmed bookings, maximising workshop revenue
• Manage job times and invoicing promptly to meet targets
