Octane Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor for a leading dealer group in the UK. The role is based in Runcorn and offers a salary up to £29,000 with bonus and overtime potential. You will greet customers, book vehicles into the workshop, update progress and support aftersales teams.

The ideal candidate holds a Full UK driving license and has at least 1 year of service advisory experience in the motor trade. Main dealer or used car experience is advantageous.

Service Advisor - Runcorn

Salary -Up to £29,000Basic + Bonus + Overtime OTE 33k DOE & Qualifications

Days - Monday - Friday, 8am - 6pm, Saturday mornings on a rota

Service Advisor Role:

• Meet and greet customers bringing their vehicles to the car dealership for scheduled & non-scheduled servicing and repairs.
• Booking customer vehicles into the workshop and keeping them up to date on the progress.
• Support the after-sales function and various staff members in different departments
• Upselling any additional products to new and existing customers.

Service Advisor Requirements:

• Full UK driving license
• 1+ years experience as an Service Advisor in the motor trade (Main dealer/ Used car dealers/ supermarkets or independent garages)
• Main dealership experience is very beneficial but not essential
