Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar automotive role.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high standards of customer service with clear communication throughout the vehicle's service.
• Manage customer enquiries and promote value-added services.
• Coordinate workshop loading and ensure efficient workflow.
• Ensure accurate documentation and invoicing for repairs.
• Conduct vehicle health checks and explain findings to customers.
• Keep customers informed of progress and advise on additional work.
• Facilitate a seamless check-in to collection journey.
• Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings to maximise workshop revenue.
• Manage job times and invoicing to meet targets.
