Overview

Ref 11073 — Service Administrator / Customer Services Administrator — Clay Cross, Derbyshire

Hours: 8.00am – 5.00pm, Monday to Friday

Salary: £12.21 per hour; once permanent, benefits include access to stores discount, career progression and ongoing training and development.

Status: Temp to perm; alternatively they will consider someone who is available on a temp bias ongoing.

Location

Based in a modern open-plan air-conditioned office close to Clay Cross, Derbyshire. Own transport preferred.

Role purpose

The Service Administrator/Customer Services Administrator will play an integral role in ensuring smooth operations within service-oriented sectors. This position involves managing and coordinating administrative tasks to support the service team, ensuring that customer enquiries, scheduling, and service documentation are handled efficiently. By acting as a liaison between the service team and customers, the Administrator helps maintain a steady flow of communication and ensures that service delivery meets the expected standards. Responsibilities also include maintaining records, processing service orders, and providing administrative support to enhance the overall service experience. Through organisational skills and attention to detail, Service Administrators contribute to the seamless execution of service operations, ultimately supporting the organisation’s commitment to excellent customer service.
