We are seeking a proactive Service Administrator with a strong focus on efficiency, reporting directly to our Service Managers within the workshop and service teams. This is a key role in delivering outstanding service, ensuring high-quality administration, and supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of our busy service departments.
The role extends beyond traditional administration, encompassing the coordination and delivery of all operational aspects of the service department for both internal and external stakeholders. You will act as a central point of contact for engineers, customers, and fellow managers, playing a vital part in keeping workshop operations running effectively on a daily basis.
