GAUCHO Birmingham is seeking an experienced Senior Waiter to join our team. You will work with the restaurant team to deliver an unforgettable GAUCHO experience, upsell products confidently, and act as the GAUCHO ambassador across service standards.

• Work with the restaurant team to offer an unforgettable GAUCHO experience for all guests.
• Be the face of GAUCHO and demonstrate service excellence following GAUCHO standards.
• Strengthen product knowledge to guide guests with menu choices.
• Support the management team to maximise sales by driving covers and average spend per head.
• Ensure guest orders are received and processed accurately and professionally.
• Help maintain a clean and organised restaurant and assist with setup/breakdown.

Key Responsibilities of a GAUCHO Senior Waiter

• Work with the restaurant team to offer an unforgettable GAUCHO experience to all our guests through heightened hospitality.
• Be the face of GAUCHO and demonstrate service excellence while following the GAUCHO steps of service and standards.
• Strengthen and maintain product knowledge in order to host tables and guide guests with menu choices.
• Support and assist the management team to maximise sales revenues by driving covers and average spend per head.
• Ensure all guest orders are received and processed professionally and accurately.
• Help maintain a clean and organised restaurant at all times and follow all set-up and breakdown procedures.
