Job summary

GAUCHO Cardiff is seeking an experienced Senior Waiter to join our team. You will be a GAUCHO ambassador, upsell products with confidence, and help deliver unforgettable hospitality to every guest.

In this fast-paced role you will work with the restaurant team to showcase service excellence, deepen product knowledge, and drive sales while maintaining a warm, welcoming atmosphere on every shift. You will be the face of GAUCHO and ensure every guest leaves with a memorable experience.

Responsibilities

• Work with the restaurant team to offer an unforgettable GAUCHO experience to all our guests through heightened hospitality.
• Be the face of GAUCHO and demonstrate service excellence while following GAUCHO steps of service and standards.
• Strengthen and maintain product knowledge to host tables and guide guests with menu choices.
• Support and assist the management team to maximise sales revenues by driving covers and average spend per head.
• Ensure all guest orders are received and processed professionally and accurately.
• Help maintain a clean and organized restaurant at all times and follow all set-up and breakdown procedures.
