GAUCHO Richmond is seeking an experienced Senior Waiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be hardworking with a positive attitude, capable of upselling GAUCHO products, and able to work well within a team while acting as a GAUCHO ambassador.

Responsibilities include delivering exceptional hospitality, guiding guests through menus, supporting management to boost sales, and maintaining a clean, efficient dining room.

• Collaborate with the restaurant team to deliver an unforgettable GAUCHO experience for all guests.
• Be the face of GAUCHO and uphold service excellence and GAUCHO standards.
• Maintain strong product knowledge to guide guests through menus.
• Support management to maximise sales by driving covers and average spend.
• Ensure guest orders are received and processed accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized restaurant and follow setup/breakdown procedures.

Key Responsibilities of a GAUCHO Senior Waiter

• Work with the restaurant team to offer an unforgettable GAUCHO experience to all our guests through heightened hospitality.
• Be the face of GAUCHO and demonstrate service excellence while following the GAUCHO steps of service and standards.
• Strengthen and maintain product knowledge in order to host tables and guide guests with menu choices.
• Support and assist the management team to maximise sales revenues by driving covers and average spend per head.
• Ensure all guest orders are received and processed professionally and accurately.
• Help maintain a clean and organised restaurant at all times and follow all set-up and breakdown procedures.
