Job summary

GAUCHO Richmond is seeking an experienced Senior Waiter to join our team. You will uphold GAUCHO standards, upsell products with confidence, and provide warm hospitality to every guest.

Be the face of GAUCHO, guide guests through the menu, and work with the team to maximise sales while maintaining a lively, friendly dining atmosphere.

• Strengthen product knowledge to host tables and guide guests with menu choices.
• Support management to maximise sales by driving covers and average spend per head.
• Ensure guest orders are received and processed accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized restaurant and follow setup/breakdown procedures.
