The successful candidate will have prior Workshop Controller or senior technician experience, strong organisational skills, and the ability to motivate a team within a professional dealership environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Workshop Controller or Senior/Lead Technician.
• Strong organisational and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage workshop workflow and motivate teams.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily workshop workflow and allocate jobs.
• Monitor technician performance and ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with service reception to manage bookings and updates.
• Ensure adherence to warranty and invoicing procedures.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly.
• Coach and mentor technicians to maintain high standards.
• Maintain workshop productivity and quality control.
• Keep customers informed during the repair process.
