Ampa Group is seeking a confident, hands-on Workplace Team Leader to own operations across multiple locations. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team and ensure safe, seamless, and professional environments for colleagues and clients.

You will manage budgets (OPEX/CAPEX), drive process improvements, and oversee front-of-house services, with a focus on delivering outstanding experiences and maintaining high safety standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience managing Workplace/Facilities operations in a similar environment — professional services is essential.

Responsabilités

• Lead and inspire a multi-disciplinary Workplace team
• Deliver exceptional service to clients, visitors and colleagues
• Manage contractors, suppliers and SLAs, driving performance and value
• Own OPEX and CAPEX budgets, including forecasting and financial control
• Lead projects, moves and workplace change from start to finish
• Oversee reception, post room, meeting spaces, catering, security and cleaning
• Take ownership of Health & Safety, compliance and business continuity
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce risk and increase efficiency
• Partner with senior stakeholders to turn strategy into real operational results
