We are seeking a dynamic and hands‑on Senior Workplace Ambassador to join our Workplace Experience team. This versatile role spans all areas of Facilities Management and workplace operations, requiring a proactive approach to stakeholder management, process improvement, and delivering exceptional experiences.

You will curate an environment that enhances well‑being, productivity, and company culture, ensuring colleagues and guests feel valued and supported.

Job Description

In this role you will act as the main point of contact for colleagues and visitors, providing a five‑star concierge‑style service and driving initiatives that elevate the on‑site experience. From managing events and wellness programmes to maintaining building standards and implementing creative solutions, you will help deliver the unexpected and make our spaces truly inspiring.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary host and point of contact for colleagues and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
  • Manage visitor enquiries in person and via telephone, including booking guests through the Visitor Management System.
  • Provide concierge‑level support for requests related to technology, food services, events, wellness schedules, couriers, and maintenance.
  • Support the Workplace Lead in operational decision‑making to optimise colleague experience.
  • Build strong relationships and capture individual preferences to personalise future visits and accommodate special requests creatively.
  • Monitor and maintain workspace standards, reporting issues such as cleaning, lighting, and general maintenance to relevant departments.
  • Assist with community initiatives, including event support, wellness activities, and fostering connections between colleagues.
  • Conduct building tours and periodic reviews of floor documentation, updating as required.
Professional and Personal Competencies / Qualifications
  • Experience in Facilities Management and stakeholder engagement.
  • Background in retail, hospitality, or customer service within a corporate environment.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office and other relevant systems.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • IOSH or NEBOSH certification (preferred).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
