Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role within the Geotechnical discipline.
• Strong understanding of construction site operations, especially in piling and civil engineering environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and workforce planning tools.

Responsibilities

• Interpret workforce requirement lists from Construction Managers.
• Assist with creating indents and authorising labour invoices.
• Coordinate mobilisation and demobilisation of operatives.
• Monitor workforce availability, skillsets, and competency status.

Skills

Experience in a similar role within the Geotechnical discipline

Proven experience in workforce or labour coordination

Strong understanding of construction site operations

Excellent planning, organisational, and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Experience working with labour supply agencies

CPCS Appointed Person (Lifting Operations) certification

Education

Qualification in Construction Management, HR, or Workforce Planning
