Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of experience in Workday Reporting, HR Analytics, or HRIS.
• Expertise with Workday Report Writer, EIBs, calculated fields and dashboards.
• Experience creating scalable, automated reporting solutions for HR.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and optimize enterprise‑level Workday reports and dashboards.
• Advise HRBPs and leaders to translate requirements into scalable reporting.
• Ensure data accuracy, governance, security across Workday analytics.
• Automate reporting processes and stay current with Workday releases.
• Document reporting logic and enable users across technical levels.
