Job summary

Oakleaf Partnership in London is seeking a Workday Solutions Analyst to join the HR Systems team on a hybrid basis. The role focuses on enhancing Workday capabilities, reporting and data quality, while aligning HR, Payroll, Reward, Finance and Tech processes.

You will drive Workday configuration, testing, and governance, ensuring GDPR compliance and strong data integrity while supporting compensation cycles and stakeholder relationships across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience with Workday HRIS and HR data analytics.
• Hands-on design and configuration of Workday business processes.
• Ability to build custom reports beyond standard dashboards.
• Solid understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle.
• Excellent Excel and data analysis skills.
• Experience with system testing and change management.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication.
• Experience with Workday Compensation and Prism Analytics.
• Exposure to payroll and reward processes.
• Involvement in HR system implementations or transformation programmes.

Responsibilities

• Act as subject matter expert for Workday (Core HCM, Compensation, Absence, Benefits, Talent and Reporting).
• Design, configure and test Workday business processes, security and calculated fields.
• Build custom reports, calculated fields and dashboards.
• Support annual compensation and bonus cycles.
• Maintain data quality, governance and GDPR compliance.
• Lead system testing, UAT and change management activities.
• Drive process automation and continuous improvement.
• Partner with HR, Reward, Payroll and Finance stakeholders.
