Job summary

Planet is seeking a hands-on Workday Analyst to support configuration, reporting, optimisation and ongoing improvement of our Workday platform. You will collaborate closely with People Operations, Payroll, Reward, IT, Finance and stakeholders to ensure stability, accuracy and scalability.

Ideal candidates will have Hands-on Workday configuration across Core HCM, strong reporting skills, and a practical, improvement-minded approach with governance and risk awareness.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Workday configuration experience across Core HCM and other areas.
• Strong understanding of Workday processes, reporting, security and worker data.
• Excellent Excel and data validation skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain and enhance Workday across Core HCM and related processes.
• Build and maintain reports, calculated fields, business processes and rules.
• Investigate issues, identify root causes and implement fixes.
• Support testing, release readiness and change deployment.
• Partner with stakeholders to improve processes and data quality.
