Job summary

Sportradar is seeking a senior analytics professional to own end-to-end reporting and analytics for Workday and Power BI. You will build the data foundation, design scalable dashboards, and enable stakeholders to answer questions in seconds.

You'll lead discovery boards and worksheets, ensure data security, and automate recurring reports while aligning with HR, Finance, and leadership priorities. Office-first, on-site role with collaboration across global teams.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Workday reporting, including Advanced, Matrix and Composite reports, Calc Fields, Worksheets, and Discovery Boards.

Responsibilities

• Own reporting strategy and dashboards across Workday and Power BI.
• Build and maintain custom Workday reports, including matrix and composite reports.
• Develop Discovery Boards and People Analytics content, drive adoption as default insight source.
• Ensure self-service reporting and stakeholder enablement with usable data visuals.
• Create cross-system data flows between Workday and other sources; enable AI-ready data.
